heat oven to 450* i use a jelly roll sheet (somewhat bigger than cookie sheet, but if you bend the bread, it will fit anyway on a regular cookie sheet) This is semi-homemade. get a pizza dough from store (my grocery has pizza dough in their prepared foods/take out/bakery/deli area......whatever you want to call it...... it's about a pound. allow to get to room temperature. stretch dough to square (about 16-18 inches square). Make sure there are no holes. I use one package of pre-sliced pepperoni cut into smallish pieces. about 8oz provolone cheese cut into pieces about the same size. spread the pepperoni and cheese evenly over dough. roll and pinch ends and edge. lay seam side down on pan. bake about 15 minutes until brown and the bottom of the crust is done. added ideas.....i almost always use provolone but i would imagine asiago would be nice too..and i use it on every type that i make other ideas.....sauteed peppers and onion, you can add sausge to that; seasoned ground beef with onion.. use your imagination. it's simple and delicious.
